Seasonal & Honest
We let the harvest write the menu. Produce arrives daily from farms we know, and we never serve what isn't at its best.
Sixteen years of seasonal cooking, honest hospitality, and one stubborn belief — dinner should feel like a celebration.

iFOODS began in 2009 with a single stove, a small room, and a stubborn belief that dinner should feel like a celebration. Sixteen years later, the room is bigger and the stove still matters more than the rest.
We cook with the seasons, buy from farmers we know by name, and pour the kind of hospitality we'd want for ourselves. Every plate that leaves the pass is a quiet conversation between local ingredients, careful technique, and the people around the table.
We exist to make ordinary evenings feel like occasions — cooking food we're proud to name, serving it with warmth, and leaving every guest a little happier than we found them.
Four quiet promises behind every plate and every visit.
We let the harvest write the menu. Produce arrives daily from farms we know, and we never serve what isn't at its best.
Fire, acidity, and patience do the talking. Every sauce is built from scratch and every plate is finished by hand.
Service that feels like a friend's best advice — attentive, unhurried, and genuine from the welcome to the last pour.
A table is a small celebration. We cook for quiet Tuesdays and loud milestones alike, and treat each the same.

“Good food is honest. I want every plate to feel like it was made for the one person sitting in front of it.”
Marco trained across three continents before planting his kitchen at iFOODS. His style is direct and seasonal — fire, acidity, and patience doing the talking. He began in a family trattoria at fourteen and still visits every market stall before writing each week's specials.
Under his lead, the kitchen has earned a reputation for dishes that feel both familiar and quietly surprising.
